1. The service
CraftMyResume (“the service”) lets you create resumes, generate cover letters using AI, and track job applications. Operated by CraftMyResume Labs Pvt Ltd, India.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person per account; don't share. We can suspend accounts engaged in abuse (scraping, fraud, harassment).
3. AI credits
Some features (bullet rewrite, cover letter, ATS match, JD-tailored optimization) consume credits. Pricing is at craftmyresume.org/#pricing. Credits don't expire. Failed AI calls aren't charged. We may adjust the credit cost of an action with at least 14 days notice; existing balances aren't affected.
4. Refunds
We'll refund unused credits if requested within 30 days of purchase, processed via the original payment method (Razorpay / Stripe). Used credits aren't refundable. Email hello@craftmyresume.org.
5. Your content
You own your resumes, JDs, notes, and cover letters. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process them solely to run the service. AI providers may briefly retain submitted prompts to generate the response — see the privacy policy for the data flow.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to misrepresent qualifications, harass people, scrape job sites in violation of their terms, or generate content for someone else's account without permission.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes get 14 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes resolve in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
