Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your CraftMyResume account and all data associated with it. We process every request within 30 days per our privacy policy.
What gets deleted
- All resumes, cover letters, and tailored documents you've created.
- Your job tracker entries, captured job descriptions, and notes.
- Your profile, public profile (if any), and saved preferences.
- All API tokens — your browser extension and mobile app sessions stop working immediately.
- Files you uploaded for parsing (PDFs, DOCX) and their extracted text.
- Stored authentication credentials (Firebase Auth identity).
What we keep
- Anonymized aggregate analytics (no PII).
- Records required by tax / payment law: invoices, payment transactions, and credit-purchase receipts. Retained for 7 years per Indian GST regulations, then deleted.
- System logs containing your IP/user-agent for the previous 30 days (rotated automatically).
