Business credit and refund policy

Credits
Credits belong to the workspace that bought them, and cannot be moved to another workspace or to a personal account. One full assessment uses 5 credits. Credits expire 365 days after purchase. Any expiry date is shown on the Usage page.
When you are not charged
Assessments that fail, invalid uploads, and repeated requests with the same idempotency key do not use credits. Results you later delete, or that expire, remain charged, because the work was done.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund of a pack within 30 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. After credits have been used, we do not normally refund the remainder. We will always correct a duplicate charge, or a charge for credits you did not receive.
How to ask
Write to hello@vocationarc.com from a workspace owner's email with the Razorpay payment ID. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your workspace.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
